Ingredients
Red-skinned radish (300g) | Pork belly ( 100g ) |
Corn oil ( appropriate amount ) div> | Salt ( 1g ) |
Green onions ( 15g ) | Ginger ( 7 grams ) |
Garlic ( 5 grams ) | Cooking wine ( a little ) |
Light soy sauce ( 1 spoon ) |
How to cook pork belly and radish stew

1.Pork belly slices

2.Red Cut radish into cubes

3.Chop green onions, shred ginger, and slice garlic

4. Heat oil in the pot, add radish cubes and fry for 1 minute, then remove and set aside

5.Leave the base oil in the pot, add the meat slices and stir-fry

6.Pour in cooking wine and stir-fry for a while

Tips
1.Deep-frying the radish can remove the odor inside the radish and make it fresher.Good and tasty.
2.There is already salt in the sauce, so add less salt later.
