Conch meat ( 200g ) | Minced green onion ( a little ) |
Ginger shredded ( a little ) | minced garlic ( a little )div> |
Grated coriander (a little) | Chili shreds ( a little ) |
Daxida Barbeque Sauce (appropriate amount ) | Cooking oil ( 1 tablespoon ) |
Xiangqi Sauce ( Appropriate amount ) | Salt ( Appropriate amount ) |
Recipe for spicy fried conch meat

1. Wash the conch meat.

2. Blanch in cold water until half cooked.

3. Remove, wash and drain.

4. Slice the conch meat and prepare the rest of the ingredients.

5. Heat the wok over medium heat, add the minced green onion, shredded ginger, and shredded chili pepper until fragrant.

6.Add conch meat and stir-fry for 2 minutes.

7. Add Xiangqi sauce, Daxida barbecue sauce and salt to taste, and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.

8.Add minced garlic and coriander, stir-fry, and remove from the pan.

Tips
1.Conch meat should be blanched until half-cooked in advance
2.Conch meat should be cooked for more than 10 minutes to prevent bacterial and parasitic infection.
