Ingredients
Cabbage ( Half ) | Pork belly ( 250g ) |
Dried chili pepper ( 6 pieces ) | Zanthoxylum bungeanum ( 2g ) |
Green onion slices ( 4 segments ) | Salt ( 1 spoon ) |
Chicken Essence ( 1 spoon ) | Pixian Douban ( 1 spoon ) |
Light soy sauce ( 2 spoons ) | Dark soy sauce ( 1 spoon ) |
Cooking oil (appropriate amount) |
How to shred cabbage
1. Prepare a piece of pork belly and clean it.
2. Cut the pork belly into thin slices.

3.Wash the cabbage.

4.Tear the cabbage into small pieces by hand.

5. Cut the peppers into sections and slice the green onions.

6.Pour an appropriate amount of cooking oil into the pot and heat over low heat.
