Spare ribs: nourishing the kidneys
Ingredients
Pork ribs (a pound) | Salt ( a spoonful ) |
Oyster sauce ( a spoon ) | Light soy sauce (appropriate amount) |
Sugar ( one spoon ) | Cooking wine ( appropriate amount ) |
Garlic ( Appropriate amount ) | tempeh ( appropriate amount ) |
Starch ( one spoonful ) |
Recipe of Cantonese style steamed pork ribs with black bean sauce

1.The materials are prepared as follows, wash the ribs and set aside.

2. Rinse the tempeh.

3.Chop the tempeh.

4. Add minced garlic and black bean sauce to the ribs.

5. Add salt, sugar, light soy sauce, cooking wine, oyster sauce, starch, etc..

6.Crush and marinate for more than half an hour.

7. Steam over high heat for 10 minutes.

8. Steam it when the time is up, take it out and serve.

9.Let’s eat!
Tips
Just steam it for ten minutes, it will get old if it takes a long time.
