Ingredients
Eggplant ( 1 root ) | Pork belly ( 1 small piece ) |
onion ( 2 roots ) | Salt ( a little ) |
Light soy sauce ( 2 spoons ) | Sweet and spicy sauce ( 1 spoon ) |
How to make dragon eggplant with rice
1.Wash the eggplants and remove the stems

2.Prepare a pair of chopsticks, place them on both sides, and cut the eggplant vertically about 1cm (the chopsticks will not cut the eggplant)
