How to make spicy crab

1.Prepare the ingredients first and cut the onions and ginger

2. Heat oil in a pot.Add ginger slices, onions and dried chilies and stir-fry until fragrant

3.Add spicy sauce and stir-fry until fragrant

Tips
Like You can add more sugar for sweet and spicy taste.I don’t like adding MSG when cooking, so I didn’t add it to this dish.The spicy sauce I use is dry pot sauce bought in the supermarket.Crabs are the early-maturing crabs in the spring.They are a seasonal delicacy.Two years ago they were only two pieces, and now they cost eight yuan per pound.
