How to make three cups of hairtail fish

1. Prepare raw materials.

2.Clean the hairtail, cut it into sections, and make some slits evenly on both sides.

3. Squeeze out the juice from the ginger slices and green onion segments and drop them into the hairtail fish segments, and add a little Salt, mix well and marinate for ten minutes.

4. Pour off the pickled water, use kitchen paper to absorb it, and spread it evenly on both sides Pat on the starch.

5. Pour sesame oil into the pot.When the oil is 30 to 40% hot, add the hairtail fish.Slowly fry over medium-low heat until golden brown on both sides.

6. Fry the brown hairtail out of the pan and stir-fry the shallots and ginger in the base oil.

7.Add rice wine juice, soy sauce, star anise, bay leaves and appropriate amount of boiling water.

8. After boiling again, add the hairtail and simmer over medium-low heat until the soup thickens.

9. Take it out of the pot and it’s ready to eat.
Tips
If flax oil is not available, other oils can be substituted.
