How to make meatballs with tomato sauce without getting fat

1. Prepare a large bowl, add minced meat, tofu, appropriate amount of starch, salt, green onions, ginger, and an egg, and mix well.

2.Put the evenly mixed meat filling in a sealed bag.Cut a slit in the ziplock bag and prepare for squeezing the balls.
Heat the oil and put in a wooden chopstick.If bubbles appear around the wooden chopstick, the oil temperature is just right.Pour the meat filling in the sealed bag onto a spoon, place it in a pan and fry over medium heat until golden brown.
3. 2 spoons of tomato sauce, one spoon of oyster sauce, half a spoon of sugar , a spoonful of soy sauce and a spoonful of starch, add 60 ml of water, stir evenly to form a sauce and set aside.

4.Wash the pot, heat it over medium heat, and add oil , pour in the sauce, stir-fry until the sauce is thick, add the meatballs and mix well.

5. Put the tomato sauce on the meatballs and they are ready to serve.
