How to braise chicken feet

1. Remove nails and cut chicken feet into sections, add cold water and salt.Soak for 10 minutes.

2.The materials are ready as shown.

3. Blanch the chicken feet in cold water and add an appropriate amount of cooking wine and ginger to remove the fishy smell.

4. Boil the water for 3 minutes, remove the chicken feet and set aside.Do not use cold water.Heat another frying pan.

5. After the oil is warm, stir-fry until fragrant.
