Ingredients
Dried eels ( 2 ) | Onion, ginger and garlic ( appropriate amount ) |
Star anise ( 1-2 pieces ) | Oil ( appropriate amount ) |
Very fresh soy sauce ( 2 spoons ) | Cooking wine, vinegar ( 2 spoons ) |
Dark soy sauce, salt ( 1 spoon each ) |
How to cook braised dried eel

1.Sauce: Except for sugar and salt, put other seasonings in a bowl and mix well.

2. Soak the eels for a day, wash, drain and cut into sections, coat in starch and fry until golden brown on both sides.

3. Add onion, garlic, ginger and star anise to the oil pan and saute until fragrant.Put the dried eel into the pot.

4. Sprinkle the sauce, cover the pot and simmer for a while.

5.Put sugar and salt.

6. Add water and bring to a boil.

7.Bring until the juice is reduced and turn off the heat.

8.Install the disk.Delicious and chewy.
Tips
Dried eel tastes salty, so soaking it can soften it and remove the salt.
