How to make fried sausage with chili pepper

2. Wash the peppers, remove both ends, and cut them in the middle.

3.If you don’t like spicy food, you can remove the spicy ribs.

4. Cut the peppers into slices with a diagonal knife.

5.The prepared sausage (I used frozen cooked sausage, which has been thawed) and chili.

6. Cut the ginger and green onions into minced pieces and set aside.

7. Heat the pan and start oil.

8. Stir-fry the fat intestines at 70% oil temperature.

9.Continue to stir-fry to release the oil in the sausage.

10. Add the green onion and ginger foam.

11. Fry out the aroma of onion and ginger.

12.Add chili pepper and stir-fry.

13. Fry the peppers until they are raw and add an appropriate amount of refined salt.

14.Add allspice powder and chicken essence.

15. Stir-fry for 10 seconds and remove from the pan and plate.
Tips
The sausage I used was frozen, and the best taste is the freshly cooked sausage fried with peppers.Frozen sausages must be defrosted, otherwise a lot of water will come out when fried with ice in the intestines, which will affect the quality and taste of the dish.
