Pigskin: Removes trouble
Ingredients
Pork skin ( 2 pounds ) | Ginger ( 25g ) |
Large material package ( 2 packages ) | Light soy sauce (appropriate amount) | Salt (appropriate amount) |
How to make frozen pork rind

1.Soak the pig skin in cold water for 30 minutes

2.Pour cold water into the pot, stir up the foam after the pot is boiled, boil over high heat for 10 minutes and then turn off the heat!

3. Remove the pig skin and scrape the oil.

4.Plug out the hair from the pig skin.

5. Cut the cleaned pig skin into shreds and cubes for later use
