How to make wild pepper beef

1.Cut the beef into strips (my knife skills are not good, please ignore)

2.Cut the green peppers

3. Pour soy sauce, salt and cornstarch into the beef, mix well and marinate for 5- 10 minutes

4.Pour oil into the pot, and when the oil is hot, add green pepper and wild pepper Saute until fragrant

5. Then pour in the beef and stir-fry until it is almost cooked, add appropriate amount of soy sauce and salt , pepper

6.Continue to stir-fry until cooked and remove from the pan.
Sprinkle with green onions (according to my own preference, I like green onions very much so I will basically put them in anything that can, but I hate eating ginger and garlic, so I won’t put them in)
Tips
If you put more powder, it will taste smoother and more tender.Better
