Ingredients
Pork belly (palm-sized) | Dried wasabi (two handfuls ) |
Salt ( a small amount ) | Onion (One finger long) |
Dried chili pepper ( two ) |
How to make stir-fried wasabi with meat

1. Wash and soak the dried wasabi in advance, take it out and cut it before use (it is best to make it one night in advance.If you really don’t have time, soak the dried wasabi first and put it aside.For the food, just take it out and cut it after the sixth step.This is what my mother did)

2. Separate the fat and lean pork belly and slice them separately.Put the fatty meat into the pot and simmer the oil over low heat

3. Boil the fat until the oil is released It becomes oily (if you don’t like oily and fatty meat, you can skip the above steps and add oil directly)

4.Add lean meat and a spoonful of salt to stir-fry (adding salt can prevent oil from splashing)

5. Slice the green onions and stir-fry them

6.Wash the dried chilies and break them into chili segments and put them into the pot (you can also put the finished chili segments directly)
7.Add the chopped wasabi and stir-fry.If you like a strong taste, you can add a spoonful of salt
