Shrimp ( 400g ) | Tomato sauce ( 30g ) |

Braised shrimp Method

1. Wash the shrimp and cut off the whiskers , pick out the shrimp threads, add cooking wine and pepper and marinate for 10 minutes

2.Cut green onion into sections , sliced ginger and garlic

3. Heat the pan and add the oil.When the oil is hot, add the shrimp.Fry until both sides change color

4.Add onion, ginger and garlic and stir-fry briefly

5.Add tomato sauce and stir well
6.Pour in half a bowl of water, cover the pot and simmer for 5 minutes7.Add salt, sugar and seasoning

8.Fire Collect the soup and it’s ready to serve
