Hot sauce ( 30g ) | Sweet potato powder, vinegar (thickening) ( 10g, 20g ) |

How to make spicy and sour pork rinds

3.Select high-quality freshly fried pork rinds.

4.Soak in clean water for 2 hours.

5. Prepare the seasonings, cut the minced garlic, shredded ginger, and chopped green onion and set aside.

6. Chop the lean meat into minced meat.

7. Wash and cut the soaked pork skin into pieces, put it in the pot and cook for 20 minutes , rinse with clean water and drain the cooked fat.

8. Heat a pan, stir-fry the green onions with a little hot oil.

14. Cook over high heat until one third of the soup is reduced and add in Minced garlic.

15. Add cooking wine and thickener and stir quickly, and sprinkle a little sesame oil before turning off the heat.
