How to cook braised mutton

2. Prepare the ingredients, cut the mutton into pieces, wash the carrots and set aside.

Tips
Putting hawthorn in the mutton will cook quickly.When blanching, put it in the pot with cold water.When stewing, you need to heat or boil water.Do not add cold water.Add enough water at one time.It is best not to add water in the middle.
