1.Prepare seasoning

2.Wash the beef and soak it in water for several hours, changing the water several times in between

3.Add enough water to the pot and add dark soy sauce or braised soy sauce

4.Add cooking wine

5. Add oyster sauce

6.Add onions, ginger, garlic, cinnamon, bay leaves, peppercorns, and sweet noodle sauce

7.Add salt

8.Add beef

9.Close the lid , bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and continue to cook for 1 and a half hours, soak for a few more hours, the taste will be better
