Recipe of pan-fried fish fillet and braised tofu

1. Prepare the ingredients.Snapper fillet, tofu, peas, red pepper, ginger and garlic.

2. Cut the snapper into rectangles, add seasoning wine, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, and salt , pepper powder, starch pickled.

3. Add the onion and ginger, mix well and marinate for 10 minutes.

4. Heat hot water in a pot, blanch the peas, remove from the pot and set aside.

5. Boil water in a pot, blanch the tofu cubes and set aside.

6.Cut the vegetables and set aside, and when everything is ready, you can start making them.

7. Pour oil into the pot and heat until 50% hot.

8.Add the fish fillets and fry over low heat until brown.

9.Turn over and continue frying until brown.After frying, remove the fish fillet and set aside.

10. Pour oil into the pot and stir-fry the minced onion and ginger.

11.Add peas and tofu and stir-fry evenly.

12.Add salt and oyster sauce and stir-fry evenly.

13. Pour in 200ml water and bring to a boil over high heat.

14.Add the fried fish fillets and simmer over medium-low heat.

15. Simmer for 3 minutes, add red pepper, and reduce the juice over medium heat for 1 minute.

16.Sprinkle minced coriander before serving and turn off the heat.

17. The dishes are cooked.

Tips
