How to make crispy bone fish at home

1. Clean the small crucian carp, drain the water, sprinkle with a little salt and cooking wine, mix well and marinate overnight

2.After getting up early, clean the marinated small crucian carp, drain the water and set aside

3.Prepare onions, ginger and garlic

4.Heat oil in a pan, add small crucian carp, do not flip, fry over medium heat until the bottom changes color, then flip over

5.Turn over and fry until the surface is golden brown, add peppercorns, onion, ginger, garlic and dried chili and saute until fragrant

6.Add appropriate amount of water, dark soy sauce, balsamic vinegar and pepper, mix well and bring to a boil, cover the pot and simmer for 3-5 minutes

7.After 3 minutes, open the lid of the pot, pour in the light soy sauce, and mix well
