How to braise prawns

1.Cut onions, ginger, garlic, and dried chilies and set aside

2.Cut off the shrimp whiskers, cut the back of the shrimp, remove the shrimp line, wash and control the moisture and set aside

3. Stir-fry shrimps in hot oil

4. Stir-fry the shrimp until it turns red
