
Ingredients
Yellow croaker ( 2 ) | Shredded green onion and ginger ( 10g ) |
Oil ( 10g ) | Salt ( 3g ) |
Steamed Fish Soy Sauce ( 5g ) | Cooking wine ( 5g ) |
How to steam croaker

1.Two tails of chilled yellow croaker, washed and gutted.

2. Cut flowers on both sides of the fish body.

3. Spread the croaker evenly with salt and marinate for a while.

4. Cut a few slices of ginger and put them on the fish surface.

5.Put an appropriate amount of cooking wine into a basin.

6. Boil the water in the pot, put the fish and steam it for about 10 minutes before taking it off.

7. Pour out the fishy water in the steaming dish and cover it with shredded green onions again.

8.Pour in appropriate amount of steamed fish soy sauce.

9. Heat some boiling oil and pour the hot oil evenly over the croaker and green onions.Just go up.

Tips
