How to make fried leeks and shrimps

1.Clean the shrimps , gently squeeze the shrimp head and body out of the dirt inside the shrimp head, and the shrimp thread will be pulled out

2.Choose leeks and soak them in salt water for half an hour to remove pesticide residues

3.Put the cleaned shrimps into a pot with some water and cook until the shrimps turn red, take them out and drain them into cold water
4.Peel off the shrimp shells and heads

5. Chop millet pepper, slice ginger into shreds

6.Cut the cleaned leeks into small sections , put the leek heads aside

7. Heat the oil in the pot and add the chili and ginger.Stir-fry twice and add a little bean paste
