How to make curry prawns

1. Prepare the ingredients and wash them Clean and remove the shrimp lines

2.Cut the dishes into chunks and set aside

3.Heat the pot and add oil

4.After the oil is hot, add onions and fry until translucent

5.Add potato cubes and carrot cubes and stir fry, add a little salt

6.Add water, milk (or coconut milk), and appropriate amount of curry (you can decide the amount according to your preference)

Tips
In fact, it doesn’t matter if you add milk or not.If you add too much curry for a while, it will lose the taste of milk.I mainly use milk instead of coconut milk.
