Pumpkin: Detoxification
Ingredients
Pumpkin ( 500g ) | Vegetables ( 200g ) |
Nuts ( 50g ) | Shrimp ( 100g ) |
Salt ( a little ) | Chicken essence ( a little ) |
Jin Yu Man Tang's recipe

1.Cut the pumpkin first Then roast them into pieces and put them on a vegetable plate for later use (see the picture below for cutting method)

2.Pour into the pot Pour an appropriate amount of water into boiling water, then add diced seasonal vegetables, blanch the shrimps and remove them
