Ingredients
Tamagotofu ( Two pieces ) | Shrimp ( 12 pieces ) |
cooking wine ( one spoonful ) | Salt ( appropriate amount ) |
Light soy sauce ( Two spoons ) | Starch (appropriate amount) |
Lemon ( 3 slices ) | Green onions ( appropriate amount ) |
How to make steamed shrimps with tamagoyaki tofu

1. Remove the shrimp heads, shells and threads, and load them In a bowl

2.Add appropriate amount of salt

3.A spoonful of cooking wine

4.One spoonful of light soy sauce, stir evenly

5.Cover Marinate lemon for ten minutes

6. Place the slices of Tamago tofu on the plate

Tips
