Shrimp: Protect liver, enhance immunity, delay aging
Ingredients
Shrimp ( One pound ) | Corn oil ( Appropriate amount ) |
Onion, ginger and garlic ( Appropriate amount ) | Light soy sauce ( 1 spoon ) |
Dark soy sauce ( Half spoon ) | Fuel consumption ( 1 scoop ) |
| Vinegar ( half a spoon ) | Cooking wine ( 2 spoon ) |
warm water ( 3-4 spoons ) | Sugar ( half a spoon ) |
Braised prawns is a recipe that both adults and children love

1.Cut the onion, ginger and garlic and set aside

2.Wash and remove the shrimp lines

3. Cooking wine, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, oil, warm water, stir and set aside

4. Sauté onion, ginger and garlic in hot pot with cold oil

7.Pour in the chopped green onion, stir evenly before serving, and serve on a plate

5.Pour in the shrimp and stir fry for about half a minute

6. Stir-fry until the shrimps all change color, then pour in the sauce and simmer for 3-5 minutes
