Ingredients
Abalone ( 8-10 ) | Chili pepper ( 2 span> ) |
Ginger ( 2 pieces ) | Garlic ( 2 cloves ) |
Oyster sauce ( a little ) | |
Light soy sauce ( a little ) | Salt ( a little ) |
Chicken powder ( a little ) |
How to stir-fry abalone with pepper

1.Peel and wash the abalone shells and set aside

2.Abalone slices

3.Cut the ginger, garlic and pepper and set aside

4.Pour oil into the pot and pour in Stir-fry the ginger, garlic and pepper first

5.Pour in abalone and stir-fry quickly

6.Add appropriate amount of oyster sauce, soy sauce and salt, stir-fry and it is ready to serve!

7.A delicious plate of abalone and fried chili is ready
