Ingredients
Fish fillet ( 500g ) | Onion, ginger and garlic ( Appropriate amount ) |
Sichuan peppercorns ( Appropriate amount ) | Red pepper ( appropriate amount ) |
Cooking wine (appropriate amount) | Light soy sauce (appropriate amount) |
Vinegar (appropriate amount) | Edible oil (appropriate amount ) |
Salt (for pickled fish) ( Adequate amount ) | Pepper (appropriate amount) | MSG (appropriate amount) |
How to make pan-fried glutinous rice cake

1.Clean the grass carp and chop it into small pieces, add appropriate amount of salt, mix well and marinate for more than 3 days

2.Take out the marinated fish pieces after 3 days, wash and drain and set aside

3.Prepare onions, ginger, garlic and red pepper

4.Heat oil in a pan, add fish pieces, do not flip them first, fry over medium heat until fragrant and turn over

5.Fry until golden brown all over, (fry for about 10 minutes beforehand) add peppercorns and stir-fry until fragrant

6.Add red pepper, onion, ginger and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant

7.Add pepper , monosodium glutamate, cooking wine, light salt soy sauce, and vinegar and mix well

8. Remove from pot and plate

9.Ready to eat

Tips
You can make any fish pieces you like.It needs to be marinated for at least 3 days.If the time is too short, it won’t taste good and there will be no glutinous rice cake fish.The texture is not as strong as the glutinous rice cake fish.
