How to cook dry-roasted yellow croaker

1. Minced fat and lean pork for later use

2.Spring onion for spare

3.Soak dried mushrooms for half to an hour and set aside

5. Mince ginger and garlic and set aside

6. Fry the yellow croaker in hot pan until golden brown, remove and set aside

7.Hot pot Fry the meat in cold oil until the surface is browned

Tips
