Rock sugar ( 20 ) | Water ( 130 grams ) |
| Star anise ( 2 pieces ) | Cooking wine ( 10 Gram ) |
Honey oil tofu (Thermomix) recipe

1.Put all the seasonings into the mixing bowl, set Thermomix for 5 minutes, Varoma key, speed 5 reverse

2. Insert the butterfly stick, place the fried tofu evenly on both sides, set 5 minutes/100 degrees/small spoon to reverse, and use 5 seconds speed 2 to reverse for the remaining 2 minutes.Turn the pot (for even coloring)

3.Set another 10 minutes/Varoma/Reverse the small spoon, set speed 2 for 5 seconds in the last 5 minutes to reverse the pot
