Grass carp ( half ) | Tofu ( 1 block ) |
Onions ( appropriate amount ) | Ginger and garlic ( appropriate amount ) |
Green and red chili peppers ( appropriate amount ) | Light soy sauce ( 1 spoon ) | Dark soy sauce ( 1/2 spoon ) | Oyster sauce ( 1 spoon ) |
Cooking wine ( 1 spoon ) | Ginger powder ( appropriate amount ) |
Garlic powder ( appropriate amount ) | Table salt ( appropriate amount ) |
Corn starch ( Adequate amount ) | Pepper powder (appropriate amount) |
Edible oil ( Appropriate amount ) | Clean water ( Appropriate amount ) |

Recipe of baked grass carp in casserole

1. Chop the grass carp into small pieces, add salt, cooking wine, ginger powder, garlic powder, pepper powder, light soy sauce and corn starch, stir well and marinate for 15 minutes.

2. Stir evenly and marinate for 15 minutes.

3. Heat oil in a pan, add fish pieces and fry until golden brown on both sides.

4. Add appropriate amount of cooking oil to the casserole, add onion, ginger and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.

5.Put the tofu on top.

6. Place the fish pieces.

7.Sprinkle green and red chili peppers and sauce.

8. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer for about 15 minutes.
Tips
The fish needs to be marinated for enough time so that it can be flavourful.
