How to cook pomfret with yuba

1.The fish seller cleaned the internal organs of the fish , cut into small pieces, come back and clean, wipe off excess water with a napkin

2.Soak the yuba in warm water for half an hour in advance, cut into small pieces and set aside

3. Prepare some garlic and ginger Slice the garlic, remove the roots, cut the garlic stems into small pieces, and cut the garlic leaves into small sections

4.Use Mix three spoons of soy sauce, two spoons of oyster sauce, two spoons of cooking wine, one spoon of sugar, an appropriate amount of salt and a bowl of water to make a sauce

Tips
Soak the yuba in warm water and a spoonful of salt for about half an hour
Be sure to heat the oil in the pan before frying the fish.Sprinkle a little salt again so that it won't stick to the pan easily
When frying fish, don't turn the fish pieces frequently.Wait until the fish is fried to take shape before turning it over.Fry for two or three minutes before turning it over.
When frying fish, use a small or medium size.Fry over high heat, don’t use high heat as it will burn easily
