Pork Ribs ( 1 Jin ) | Sweet potatoes ( Two small or one large ) |

1.Rinse the spareribs in water and set aside

2. Prepare the main materials

3. Stir-fry the ginger slices and pork ribs until slightly brown

4.Pour in the cooking wine and stir-fry until the wine is dry

6.When the ribs turn to the color shown in the picture, add the sweet potato cubes and stir-fry together

7.Pour in water to cover the ribs

8.Put salt

9.Cover the pot and simmer over high heat until the juice is reduced

10. Stir-fry for a few times and then it is ready.

Tips
