Ingredients
Bass ( 1 ) | Mint ( 30g ) |
Wolfberry ( 10g ) | Lightly salted kombu soy sauce ( 15g ) |
Steamed fish with soy sauce ( 15g ) | Cooking wine ( 10g ) |
| Salt ( 2g ) | Onion, ginger, garlic ( Appropriate amount ) |
Edible oil ( A little ) | Sesame oil ( a little ) |
How to steam sea bass with mint

1.Clean the seabass inside and out and cut it into several cuts

2. Pour in the cooking wine, sprinkle with salt and marinate for about 20 minutes

3. Prepare onions, ginger and garlic

4.Wash the mint, drain and set aside

5.Wash the wolfberry and set aside

6.Take some mint, onion, ginger and garlic and spread them on the plate

7. Wash the marinated seabass, remove the salt water, and place it on a plate covered with mint

8.Put another layer of mint, onion, ginger and garlic

9.Pour in light salted kombu soy sauce and steamed fish soy sauce

10.Put in a pot of boiling water and steam over high heat for 8 minutes

11. Take it out after 8 minutes , pick out the mint, onion, ginger and garlic from the fish and discard them

12.Put another layer of mint, Sprinkle a few wolfberries

13.Pour in hot oil

Tips
The length of time to steam fish depends on the size of the fish.Fish over 1 kilogram needs to be steamed for more than 10 minutes
