Fresh squid tentacles ( 500g ) | Chili pepper ( 3 strips ) |
Ginger ( 15g ) | Garlic ( 15g ) |
Oil ( 20g ) | Salt ( 5g ) |
| Cooking wine ( 5g ) | Light soy sauce ( 10g ) |
How to make fried squid tentacles with chili pepper

1. Prepare all materials for later use

2.Due to blanching

3. Remove, wash and cut the ginger and garlic into sections, cut the pepper into sections and set aside

4. Heat oil in a pan

5. Saute the ginger and garlic until fragrant

6.Pour in squid and pepper

7. Stir-fried squid

8.Pour in cooking wine to remove the fishy smell

9.Add salt to taste

10.Stir fry evenly

Tips
The squid needs to be fresh.
Be careful not to stir-fry the squid for too long, otherwise it will affect the taste of the finished product.
