Ingredients
Abalone ( 5 pieces ) | Soybean paste ( Half spoon ) |
Fuel consumption ( a small spoon ) | Garlic ( 4, 5 cloves ) |

Simple version of steamed abalone

1. Clean the abalone (the fish seller in the market will help you wash it and put it through water) and steam it in a pot

2.Chop minced garlic and soak it in water (you may not soak it if you prefer)

3.Put minced garlic, soybean paste, oil and salt into a bowl and stir evenly

4.Take a spoon, spoon the prepared sauce on the abalone, and steam for five minutes

5.Steam for five minutes and it's ready
