How to make stir-fried squid

1.So the material is cleaned clean.Sliced squid

2.Beauty pepper and rice pepper are cut into sections diagonally

3.Garlic pat flat
4.Chop ginger

5.Heat the pan and add oil

6.Saute rice pepper, garlic and ginger

7. Saute the garlic and ginger until fragrant, then add the squid and stir-fry
8. Add squid and stir-fry for two minutes, then add oyster sauce

9.Put After the oyster sauce, add soy sauce

10. Stir-fry continuously after all the seasonings are put in, about three minutes later , and finally add the bell pepper

11. When the squid is a little burnt, add an appropriate amount of salt, and then Stir fry and it's done.
Tips
The squid must be cleaned, and the back bones, eyes, mouth and membranes on the squid's body must be removed.
