How to make Australian abalone

1. Prepare to soak Australian dried abalone.

2. Wash the dried abalone, put it into an oil-free and salt-free container, and add pure water soak.Just cover the dried abalone with just a little more water.

3.Change the water frequently and soak for 48 hours before proceeding to the next step.

4.Put the abalone into the pot, add pure water and bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to medium heat for 30 minutes.If the abalone is still very hard at this point, cook it for another 30 minutes.Turn off the heat, cover the pot, and let it sit for about 6-8 hours.Put the cooked abalone into an oil-free and salt-free lunch box, add purified water, cover it and place it in the fresh-keeping layer of the refrigerator to continue soaking.Wait until the abalone is completely soaked and soft.If it is not soaked yet, repeat the above steps.

5. Make a cut on the mouth of the abalone and take out the gastric tube.

6.The soaking rate of soaked abalone is about 2.5 times.

7. Prepare ingredients.

8. Just half a piece of Jinhua ham, cut it into pieces, add shredded ginger and green onion, and remove the smell.Put them into the pressure cooker together, bring to a boil over high heat, turn to medium heat and simmer for 15 minutes.

9. Wash the soaked Jinsha ginseng (see the recipe for boiled Jinsha ginseng for soaking method) ), cut into pieces and set aside.

10. Wash the chicken wings, drain and set aside.

11.Put abalone into the casserole and cook for 30 minutes.

12.Jinhua ham has been cooked, remove the shredded ginger and green onions.

13.Put all the ingredients into a casserole and simmer over medium heat for 3 hours.It can be simmered longer for better flavor.

14. After 3 hours, add soy sauce and a small amount of salt, and cook for another 10 minutes.

Tips
Jinhua ham is very salty, so just a small amount of soy sauce and salt will do.You can also replace soy sauce with oyster sauce, depending on your personal taste~
