Ingredients
Australian wild sea cucumbers ( 2 pieces ) | Chicken wings ( 2 pieces ) |
Dried scallops ( 2 pieces ) | Red dates ( 2 pcs ) |
Longan meat ( 4 pcs ) | Ginger slices ( appropriate amount ) |
Chopped green onion ( Adequate amount ) | Salt ( Adequate amount ) |
How to make sea cucumber chicken soup

1. Prepare ingredients: 2 chicken wings, 2 sea cucumbers, 2 scallops , 2 red dates, 4 longan meat, ginger slices, chopped green onion, salt.

2.The chicken wings are over water.

3. Sea cucumbers cross the water.

4.Put the chicken wings, scallops, red dates and longan meat into the stew pot and add appropriate water.Simmer for 1.5 hours.

5.Add two sea cucumbers and continue to simmer for 30 minutes.

6.Add salt and chopped green onion.(Done)
