Prawns ( 8 ) | Garlic ( 1 head ) |

1.Wash the fresh prawns and cut off their whiskers

2.Use scissors to cut the back of the shrimp and remove the shrimp line.Try to make it as deep as possible but do not cut through it

3.Add an appropriate amount of umami soy sauce into the container and stir the minced ginger evenly

Tips
1.Cut off the shrimp legs and remove the shrimp lines with shrimp pliers.2.When cutting the back, try to make it as deep as possible but don’t cut it through.3.If you want the shrimp to be in a straight shape, chop the shrimp meat on the back to avoid bending during steaming.I made it into a curved shape, so there is no need to chop it.4.Do not steam the shrimp for too long as it will affect the taste.
