How to steam scallops with garlic

1. First use a brush to clean the surface of the scallops and rinse away any sediment and other debris.Then use a sharp knife to insert into the scallop shell, cut the scallop meat close to one side of the shell wall, and throw away the meatless half of the scallop shell
