White sugar ( a little ) | Ginger ( 1 small piece ) |

How to make green pepper squid

1. Remove and wash the green peppers, and wash the red peppers, garlic and squid.

2. Cut the green pepper and red pepper into small pieces and dice the garlic.

3. Cut the squid into strips (or cut some squid flowers and then cut into strips), and dice the ginger..

4. After the water in the pot boils, pour in the squid blanching water.
