Ingredients
Crayfish ( 1 catty ) | Millet pepper ( 6 pieces ) |
Hot peppers ( 2 pcs ) | Oil ( appropriate amount ) |

Pepper powder ( Half teaspoon ) | Geranium leaves ( 5 pieces ) |

1.Keep lobsters in clean water for more than 1 hour.Wash them with toothbrushes and scrub them when not in use.Pull off the shrimp intestines and trim them with scissors

2. Wash the lobster several times with clean water and dry it.

3.Wash millet pepper, hot pepper, green onion, ginger, garlic and bay leaves.

4. Cut millet peppers and hot peppers into knots, slice green onions, slice ginger, and loosen garlic.

5. Boil the water in the pot, add the lobster and blanch it for 2 minutes.

6. Remove and dry.

7. Heat the oil in the pot, add garlic, ginger slices, green onion slices, millet and pepper and stir-fry Fragrance comes out.

Tips
Keep lobsters in clean water for more than 1 hour, changing the water several times in between.If you don’t like chili, you can omit the millet chili and it will taste quite good.
