How to make braised mackerel
1. Wash the Spanish mackerel, remove the internal organs, cut the head and tail into sections.

2.Cut chives into sections, slice ginger and set aside.

3. Heat a little oil in the pan, add the Spanish mackerel and fry until golden brown on both sides.

4. Add green onions and ginger slices and stir-fry until fragrant.

5.Add cooking wine, soy sauce and salt to taste.

1.Simmer the Spanish mackerel over low heat until the juice is reduced.
