Ingredients
Portrait crab ( 3 ) | Chives ( 50g ) |
Ginger ( 30g ) | Garlic cloves ( 3 pieces ) |
Oil ( 100 grams ) | Salt ( 10 grams ) |
Light soy sauce ( 10g ) | Cooking wine ( 10g ) |
White sugar ( 5 grams ) | Cornstarch ( 20g ) |
How to stir-fry swimming crabs with green onion and ginger

1. Prepare all ingredients, wash and set aside

2.Cut the green onion into long sections, mince the garlic, peel and slice the ginger
3. Marinate the swimming crab with cooking wine, salt and light soy sauce, then add cornstarch and mix well

4. Heat the oil in a pot, put the swimming crabs in and fry until golden on both sides

5.Drain the oil

6. Leave oil in the pot and stir-fry scallions until fragrant., sliced ginger, and stir-fry garlic until fragrant

7.Pour in swimming crab, add oyster sauce and stir-fry for a while p>

8.Add half a bowl of water and simmer for one minute, add some cornstarch to thicken

Tips
Drain the swimming crabs when spreading the cornstarch, so that they will not fry well.Will splash oil
