Sea cucumber: stop bleeding
Ingredients
Sea cucumber ( 1 piece ) | Free range eggs ( 3 pieces ) |
Salt ( a small spoonful ) | Scallions (a small amount) |
Sesame oil ( a small amount ) |
How to make sea cucumber custard

1.Prepare 3 free-range eggs and a sea cucumber,

2. Chop the sea cucumber into small pieces , break the eggs into the bowl,

3.Put a small spoonful of salt into the eggs, p>

4.Use chopsticks to break up the eggs (must be completely beaten, it takes about 3 minutes)

5.After beating thoroughly, add a small bowl of boiling water while beating,

6.Then add the cut sea cucumbers,

7.Wrap the bowl with plastic wrap to prevent water from seeping in and forming pores.

8.Put it into a rice cooker and steam it for about 20 minutes (put it in after the water boils) and simmer Serve for a few minutes.

Tips
Do not add cooking wine and MSG to steamed egg custard.
The egg custard steamed with local eggs will taste more delicious and have less fishy smell.
