Beef cubes ( 30g ) | chopped green onion ( 10g ) |

Thin noodles ( 400g ) | Salt ( 5 grams ) |
MSG ( 6 grams ) | Chicken powder ( 5g ) |
Donggu soy sauce ( 10g ) | Laoganma (tempeh type) ( 10g ) |
Chili oil ( 15g ) | Sichuan pepper oil ( 10g ) |
How to make Sichuan beef noodles

1.Cook the noodles until they are 8 cooked, then cool them gently with cold water.

2. Mix salt, monosodium glutamate, chicken powder, Donggu soy sauce, Laoganma, chili oil, and Sichuan pepper oil into the sauce.

3.Put the noodles into a bowl, pour the prepared juice over them, and sprinkle with chopped peanuts, diced beef, and chopped green onions.
Tips
Dry and spicy.Note: Don’t cook dry noodles too soft, as too soft will affect the taste!
