How to make Dushi dried chicken

1. Remove the chopped air-dried chicken from the water, then take the chicken out and dry it.

2. Heat the cold pan, pour in the rapeseed oil, and wait until the rapeseed oil is cooked.

3.Pour the prepared ginger and Sichuan peppercorns into the oil pan and stir-fry until the aroma comes out.
