How to steam eggplant with garlic paste

1. Wash the eggplant with salt, cut off the irregular head and tail, and cut it into two sections.

2.Then cut all the eggplants into small strips.

3.The sliced eggplants are placed on the plate.

4. Boil water in a pot, add eggplant, and steam for 10 minutes (more quantity If necessary, steam for a few more minutes).

Tips
If you are afraid of spicy food, replace the millet pepper with red pickled pepper.
